Individual Wrapping: Each wine glass should be individually wrapped using cushioning materials-such as bubble wrap, soft cloth, or foam-to prevent them from colliding with one another.

Filling Voids: Once placed inside a cardboard box or hard-shell case, any empty spaces must be filled with packing peanuts, foam pellets, crumpled newspaper, or similar materials to prevent shifting during transit.

Use a Sturdy Outer Container: It is recommended to use a rigid cardboard box or a wooden crate; for bulk shipments in particular, wooden crates offer superior protection.

Mark as Fragile: Affix "Fragile" or "Handle with Care" labels to a prominent location on the outer packaging, and verbally alert handling personnel to the contents.

Avoid Compression: Do not stack heavy objects on top of boxes containing wine glasses; when checking luggage, whenever possible, place the box in a corner of the suitcase and secure it in place.
